We offer a tiered suite of services to match varying requirements.
Tier 1: Building Safety Director (BSD)
We are appointed as a full director for a Resident Management Company (RMC) or Right to Manage (RTM) organisation. We can then offer a full liability shield from Day 1 for RTMs.
Tier 2: Building Safety Manager (BSM)
In the case of building owners who are not RMCs or RTMs, or do not want to add us to the Board, we can act as Building Safety Manager with all the same responsibilities as a BSD, but without provision of a liability shield.
Tier 3: Ongoing Mandatory Occurrence Reporting (MOR) role
We take responsibility for assessing all potential fire and structural safety issues reported to us by either the Directors or the Managing Agents.
We assess whether they meet the threshold for reporting as an MOR to the Building Safety Regulator and maintain a database of all safety issues whether reported or not.
Tier 4: Resident Engagement Strategy document and an MOR reporting framework
A one-off, rather than annual, engagement, to produce a mandatory Resident Engagement Strategy (RES) document and a framework which allows the Directors to record MORs and potential MORs themselves.
