Consult HRB provides life-critical fire safety and structural safety advice to owners and leaseholders of commercial and residential Higher-Risk Buildings (HRBs).
Who We Are
Consult HRB is part of the wider Consult Construct Group of companies.
Consult Construct was established in 2012, and with over 40 employees, provides multi-disciplinary property consultancy to clients across the UK.
Both Consult HRB and Consult Construct are members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

We review all existing safety documentation and carry out quarterly physical inspections to ensure adherence to legislative requirements and best practice in terms of building safety.
